1958 VW Bus Road Trip, Travel adventure, Part 4, Crank start split safari window hippie van!
We found this bus in New Mexico where it sat for over 30 years in an isolated desert location. We got it running then headed over the rocky mountains in this totally awesome cross county adventure. Come along for a ride with the family in the majic bus as we visit secret vw junkyards and long forgotten roads in the beautiful rocky mountain wilderness. This video is one in a continuing series about this amazing bus find. A must see for vw nuts, dead heads, hippies at heart and all those with restless rambling souls. Special thanks to Jim Campbell and all the kind people we met along the way who helped make this impossible dream into a sublime reality. Peace and love everyone! Thank you! Peace! Its wildlife is as diverse as any region’s with elk and salmon aplenty while activities such over kayaking can be done on the region’s pristine waters. That is only the beginning of this area’s gifts to those who gallant its climate.
